Cone series

The tapered roller bearing is a separable bearing. The inner and outer rings of the bearing have tapered raceways. This type of bearing is divided into single-row, double-row, and four-row tapered roller bearings according to the number of rows of rollers installed. Single-row tapered roller bearings can bear radial load and axial load in a single direction. When the bearing bears the radial load, it will produce an axial component, so it needs another bearing that can bear the axial force in the opposite direction to balance. The ability of a single-row tapered roller bearing to bear axial load depends on the contact angle, that is, the angle of the outer ring raceway. The larger the angle, the greater the axial load capacity. Single-row tapered roller bearing is the most widely used tapered roller bearing.

Needle roller series

A needle bearing is a roller bearing with cylindrical rollers. The rollers are thin and long relative to their diameter. This roller is called a needle roller. Although it has a small section, the bearing still has a high load-bearing capacity. The needle roller bearing is equipped with thin and long rollers (roller diameter D≤5mm, L/D≥2.5, L is the roller length). Therefore, the radial structure is compact. When its inner diameter size and load capacity are the same as other types of bearings, the outer diameter is the smallest, which is especially suitable for bearing results with limited radial installation size. Bearing without an inner ring or needle roller and cage assembly can be selected according to different applications. At this time, the journal surface and shell hole surface matched with the bearing are directly used as the inner and outer rolling surfaces of the bearing. In order to ensure the same load capacity and operating performance as the bearing with the ring, the hardness, machining accuracy, and surface quality of the raceway surface of the shaft or outer shell hole should be similar to the raceway of the bearing ring. This bearing can only bear radial load.

NK series

Solid ferrule needle roller bearing is composed of the machined outer ring, inner ring, cage, and needle roller, with small section height, large load capacity and rigidity, compact structure, and small volume. This type of bearing can be provided with two series of products, metric and imperial. Each series has three structures: cage, full needle type, and sealed type. In addition, the solid ferrule needle roller bearing can be divided into two structures with and without the inner ring. The structure with the inner ring can obtain higher rotation accuracy. The structure without the inner ring takes the shaft as the raceway surface, making the volume smaller.

Cylindrical roller series

Cylindrical roller and raceway are linear contact bearings. Large load capacity, mainly bearing radial load. The friction between the rolling element and the ring face rib is small, which is suitable for high-speed rotation. According to whether the ring face has a rib, it can be divided into NU, NJ, NUP, N, NF, and other single-row cylindrical roller bearings, and NNU, NN, and other double-row cylindrical roller bearings. The bearing is a separable structure of the inner ring and outer ring. Cylindrical roller bearings with inner or outer rings without ribs can be used as free-end bearings because the inner and outer rings can move relatively in the axial direction. A cylindrical roller bearing with double ribs on one side of the inner ring and outer ring, and a single rib on the other side of the ring, can bear a certain degree of axial load in one direction. Generally, a steel pressing cage or copper alloy cage is used. However, some of them use polyamide-formed cages.

Cylindrical roller and raceway are linear contact bearings. Large load capacity, mainly bearing radial load. The friction between the rolling element and the collar edge is small, which is suitable for high-speed rotation. Generally, a steel plate stamping cage or copper alloy turning solid cage is used. However, some of them use polyamide-formed cages.

Non-standard bearing

Non-standard bearings, generally speaking, are bearings that do not conform to the overall dimensions specified in national standards. Its main characteristics are: low universality, mostly for special equipment and special occasions, small batch, and newly developed equipment trial products account for the majority; However, due to its non-scale and mass production, there are not many manufacturers, and the cost is high and the price is expensive.
